6 Quickies to Create a Body You Can KEEP
1. Eliminate JUNK not food.
2. Stay consistent with your workouts. You MUST move, not matter what. Have both Plan A (more time) and Plan B (less time) ready!
1. Stop comparing yourself to other people.
Other people have different lifestyles, family history, DNA... Make a goal for *you* and keep your eyes on your own paper.
Fitness isn't something you ever finish so you need to learn to appreciate where you are and keep moving.
