You get to the gym and it's packed. The weights are taken, the machines are filled, and you don't have time to wait.
If you think you're under your problems, behind in your life's plan, and unaccomplished in your goals, then you are.
Don't talk yourself out of being uncomfortable at the gym. That's right, you SHOULD be uncomfortable to the degree that:
