Clean Eating Cherry Yogurt
(Makes 1 serving)
Ingredients
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1/4-1/2 tsp. pure bourbon vanilla extract (add to taste)
1/2 cup cherries (frozen and thawed works too)
Directions
Step 1 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend the yogurt and honey together
until slightly frothy.
Step 2 - Blend in the honey and vanilla, then finally the cherries.
Serving option: Mix with oatmeal or bread for a quick breakfast or light
supper.
