CHALLENGE - Eat as clean as you can. No junk and no overdoing it.
The goal of all these challenges is to learn to look at your day and life differently. You need to see your health first, then work for the bod you want making sure to feed your goal. And lastly, look at the food. Of course you should eat your favorites and you deserve food joy but not at the expense of your health, happiness, and the health and happiness of those around you. It's hard to make others happy when you're not happy.
The true challenge here is to see that every day is a fitnessicizng day, even if it's a rest day and that over-doing it doesn't reward you, it punishes you.
