LEG-less WORKOUT!

 

Over the summer I tore my ACL and both of my meniscus.  I just recently had surgery to repair them and am on the road to recovery. The one thing I decided is that there's no way I'm going to stop moving. I'm back at the gym, doing home workouts, and am going to physical therapy. It's hard enough to recovering the knee, I just couldn't let everything else go too, it just makes things harder. So, I'm producing some workout videos for anyone who has a knee, leg or foot injury. You CAN stay in shape through an injury! It'll be the best thing you can do for your physical and emotional self. If you're going through recovery, this is a time of self care because this speeds recovery. Move too fast, ignore rehab, and it all takes longer, not to mention more painful.
