You went to bed saying "Tomorrow I will start!"
And yet you wake up and do the same routine feeling disappointed in yourself and promising once again.. "tomorrow".
It's time to stop excusing yourself out of the life you truly want.
Change isn't something you need to do all at once because big change doesn't happen all at once. All change is just one small step at a time.
You just need to start by changing ONE thing.. or 2. That's it. Pick them and stick to them, no matter what. This is the catalyst for all other change because change begets change. And doing nothing begets nothing.
