It's not in the amount of calories burned. It's not in how many days you work out. Those are simply variables in the most important aspect of it all... your determination.
Your fitness, your body.. your health.. is in your patience with yourself, your strategy, and a willingness to do what your body needs you to do at any given time, including rest and sometimes just to give yourself a break.
When you do what needs to be done, your body will have no choice but to change.
Workout *smarter*, not necessarily harder.
Eat *more* not necessarily less.
It won't come to you if you don't give it time to.
