Don't buy into anything that says, "Lose 10 pounds of fat in a week!"
It's simply not possible. You may be ale to lose 10 lbs but it'll be mostly water and maybe some fat and that's if you're doing the right things like eating clean and exercising. Losing fat is about eliminating and burning excess calories so cutting out junk food (elimination) and exercise (burning) is essential.
Here's why it makes no sense - 1 pound is equal to 3500 calories so to lose actual fat you need to burn 3500 calories, again, just to lose 1 single pound. To lose 10 lbs of fat you would have to burn/lose 35,000 calories in one week or 5000 a day!
*There is always an exception but this kind of weight loss would most likely only work for someone extremely overweight who already eats a very high amount of calories but for the average person trying to lose 5-50 lbs, losing 10 pounds of fat a week is unrealistic.
Stick with eating as clean as you possibly can. Balance and time your nutrient dense meals and commit to working out at least 4 days and I promise that your body will have no choice but to change.
