GET BACK IN THE GYM! 5 Muscle BUILDING Leg Moves in the safety of your gym-bubble!

Here’s a Leg Workout day doing 5 moves, 5 reps, 5 sets OR just take what you like and/or add what you need. This video focuses mostly on quads and glutes, but it hits everything lower body! Do 3-5 sets and you'll feel it tomorrow. This is a stay-in-your-workout-bubble kick butt workout! Every move is done at the leg machine (or right next to it). I created it during pandemic-ish times but I still do workouts like this. They’re muscle building, cardio-kicking, time-saving workouts that has muscle-focus but works other body parts as well.
