5 FAVORITE AB MOVES that hit the WHOLE body

I like compound moves, moves that hit more than one muscle. I find them more challenging, intense, and I get double the workout bang for the same amount of time. Here’s one of my at-home-AB workout that can take anywhere from 5-10 mintues (one set) to 30 minutes (5 sets). So if you’re stuck at home, no equipment, need to move, give this a go!
