Beware of viral workout trends

We've all seen workouts, tips, and advice on social media, specifically Instagram and TikTok. They have thousands, maybe millions, of likes and views so it must be true right? Not usually. First, some go viral because of the attractive people performing the moves but that doesn’t mean they’re effective or safe. Here are a few moves I see all the time - are they helpful, harmful, or a waste of time? Check it out.
