How to break the “I have no time” excuse
Your intentions are good. You’ve made a plan and promised yourself you’re starting tomorrow! And then tomorrow comes and… your child gets sick, or you have to work late, or you have to run an extra errand, or the phone conversation ran long, or you forgot to wash your workout clothes, or… or… or… so you say, I just don’t have time.
The truth is, sometimes we really don’t have time. There are legit things that pop up that need our attention. BUT.. most of the time there is time. Often times we waste time. Because you don’t need hours at a gym, all you need is some floor space and a solid 20 minutes or so. Couple this with some cleaned up eating and you got this fitness thing!
Here are my suggestions on how to get rid of the “I don’t have time” excuse and work on getting that fit, healthy body.
